Brian Keith Wise, Sr., is the owner of Wise Accounting and Tax Services, a firm that is dedicated to providing quality accounting and tax services to all clients. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience working with large and small companies, nonprofit and for profit organizations overseeing expense budgeting and forecasting, analysis of budget vs. actual expense results, expense accounting, accounts payable. As a professional tax preparer, he provides tax planning strategies and tax resolution for all clients (small businesses, organizations, and individuals).
Wise is a manager, strategic thinker, and visionary leader. He is passionate about his profession and growing his business to help clients make "Wise" financial decisions to meet their professional and personal goal. He possesses in-depth knowledge and business skills and is brilliantly able to adapt the accounting theory and tax strategies to the real world of finance, accounting, and investing. His company received a good accreditation standard from the Better Business Bureau of Washington DC.
He also held numerous senior and management positions with controllership and auditing responsibilities for small businesses, hospitals, national non-profit organizations, and not-for-profit organizations. He graduated with a B.S. in accounting from the University of Baltimore and is an active CPA working in the community. He is a member of Maryland Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of Tax Practitioner liaison group with the Internal Revenue Service, and is a Certified Quick Books Professional Advisor. Brian resides in Bowie, Maryland with his wife and two boys. In his spare time, he coaches little league baseball, fishes, and enjoy bicycling.
